We provide bioinformatics support on several PSC systems. We provide excellent consulting as part of the Service mission.
anton
Anton is a special-purpose supercomputer for molecular dynamics simulation designed by D. E. Shaw Research (DESRES). NRBSC is hosting a 512-node Anton machine made available without cost by DESRES for non-commercial research use. Funding for the project is provided by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences at the NIH under grant RC2GM093307.
